Can I get immediate cover?
No you can not get immediate cover.
In order to get your insurance plan up and running you must follow a standard application process. However, there are some application processes that are quicker than others.
What if I lose my policy documents?
Should you lose you policy documents, you should contact your insurance company and request a new set of policy documents to be sent out to you. Eric James & Associations can not request policy documents for clients.
What changes must I notify you of?
The only changes you need to advise us of are your contact details. i.e. Home address, phone number, mobile number etc… It is important that we are able to contact you immediately should the need arise.
How do I make a claim?
There are a couple of ways to make a claim and they will differ between insurers. We recommend that you contact us straight away if you believe you need to make a claim or if you believe you will have to in the immediate future. Once we have spoken to you we can either send out a pre-approval form or put you in contact with the insurer directly in order to submit your claim.
